Julia Reserve boasts a number of employment support programs for local young people. Youth employment is one of the five strategic priorities of the Camden Youth Strategy. As such, Julia Reserve strives to provide easy access to a multitude of employment supports.

Get Back in the Game - Yourtown

The Get Back in the Game program is delivered by the Yourtown Sydney South West team and is funded by the Department of Education. This program provides young people aged 15-19 training, workshops, individualised one-on-one support and more to assist their employment goals. For more information and to make a referral please contact 0401 684 726

Transition to Work - OCTEC

Transition to Work (TTW) is a service funded by the Australian Government that provides assistance to young people aged 15-24 years who are not in employment or education. The service provides intensive, pre-employment support to improve the work readiness of young people and to help them into work (including Apprenticeships and Traineeships) or education. It has a strong focus on helping young people to understand what is expected in the workplace and to develop the skills, attitudes and behaviours expected by employers. For more information on the TTW program delivered by OCTEC Limited from the Julia Reserve Youth & Community Centre or to make a referral, please contact 4655 4997
